History: Born in the west to a Barrister, Juliana learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She has achieved small success as a Barrister.

History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: Born to a Roofer, her father struggled to pay the bills. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered singing. After a long history of fighting, Mardred and her spouse have recently divorced.

The war was a terrible time for her, and Yurgunn does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.
