Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Carter born in the past three hundred years. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He's also a talented Priest, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and money/treasure
