History: Shaká was born with his mother's beautiful face. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Ruler work with an outfit from a few towns over. Ruler work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Thava grew up listening to her mother's many stories. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and obtaining odd cultural halfling artifacts is her passion
