History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Halfling companion (his 'brother'). He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature quarterstaff.

A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

History: Gennal hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
