Description: This woman is tall and muscular. She is renowned for her bright white dresses and hats. Her hair is always cut to a buzz. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep amber.

Personality: She is cool and collected. She likes to make quips and puns whenever she does anything. She also makes a point to compliment her superiors and flatter them. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Fletcher arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She worked as a nervous Fletcher and found it very stressful. She tends to her Fletcher job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.
