History: Kristryd was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Dragonborn companion (her 'brother'). She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature pickaxe.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. While she appears to be a normal Half-Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. While he appears to be a normal Dwarf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and retire the richest man in the west

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers
