History: Rhogar was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. He found a children's book about a Dragonborn Bard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind.
