History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Zook grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and obtaining odd cultural dwarven artifacts is his passion

History: She was born in the south. Her father was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world.
