Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. In his 16th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty grey coat over it. His silver hair is unkempt and raggedy. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Gardain was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His arcane abilities were realized during a raid on his village. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and he seems to be bored by most things

Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. She enjoys reading and quiet.

History: The child of a Detective, who enjoyed hunting, Volen was taken on many hunting expeditions. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Description: She is a mite stocky and dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. Her auburn hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: She was raised in a forest tribe. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Margery fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. She has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
