Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Rûg has worked very hard to control his curse. He has never given up on his writing dream.

His attire stands in sharp contrast to his shortspear, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a clover on it. His auburn hair is matted, messy, and big. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Gnomes.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: This younger middle-aged woman tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look, and a wedding ring on her right hand. Her brown hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines gray.

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: Emeny was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Brewer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Motivation: She's looking for her big break.

Description: This woman is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. She wears a fine chain shirt which she covers with brown colored cloaks and clothing. Her cinnamon fur is greasy and uncared for. Her amber eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.

History: Serpent was born the youngest of three triplets. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Regain custody of her son; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Description: He wears a simple red robe with brown stripes complete with hood. He is portly but not overly obese. His hair is silver and very short. He is baby faced.

Personality: Hupe is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Herbalist. He now owns his own business.
