Description: She appears as an extremely gaunt Elf, and stands approximately 4'11". She wears a blue shirt, with a green mid length skirt with green tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them, and her gloved hand is found clutching a scythe. She has wavy brown hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Elama was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Elama decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: Seeks redemption; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking northern young adult. He is wearing a long, brown, dusty cloak. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His lavender fur is greasy and uncared for. His copper eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is mildly Tabaxi supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Beast was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His parents were killed by brigands in a raid when he was still a young child. The brigands captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and halfling compassion

Description: Runty and weak-looking, she prefers to wear green pants and tee shirts. Her blue crest, when down, is lengthy. Her eyes are red and beady.

Personality: She likes to be helpful to her clients. She likes to prescribe proper advice to her clients. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing poetry.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and further expansion of business

Description: This southern man wears skinny pants and wears a black and green robe with the hood down. His clothes are grease stained in places. His copper crest is thinning but still full. He has a dull look in his red eyes.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Gifted from a young age, Nadarr studied abroad. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

Description: Her left side is far more bruised and cut up than her other. She wears many layers of old clothing at all times. She has no hair. Her green eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: She never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: Gynk was born the youngest of three triplets. In her 16th year, her parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Gynk alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister
