History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Cory was born the youngest of three triplets. His first spouse was a Bather, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Bather. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. Kansif enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: When she was but 3 years old her parents immigrated from the west. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and wishes to resurrect an old love
