History: He was born in the south. His parents were killed by drow in a raid when he was still a young child. The drow captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Layabout they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Gardener, and he later adopted a second son.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. River was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. River decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: She was born into a rich family. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: Regain custody of her daughter; and wants to raise her children well

History: He was born in a small island village. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
