History: Born in the west to a Layabout, Oppleby learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He worked as a nervous Layabout and found it very stressful. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Layabout for hire.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Layabout responsibilities is difficult; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. Bhevek enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: Gell was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Actor work with an outfit from a few towns over. Actor work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and he desires power and/or immortality

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. She disdains her fellow westerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she has decided she is irredeemable
