Personality: She is a sleazy, sleazy gal. She has no qualms about using her powers of suggestion to get people to do what she wants. The war was a terrible time for her, and Jillian does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. When Jillian reached her early adolescence her Halfling mother passed away.
