Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She's also a talented Miller, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Description: Dark and lean, she is a relatively plain woman. She tends to wear a white poncho over her likewise colored trousers and shirt. Her brown hair is singed and shortened. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady violet eyes.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Dee was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He wears a yellow broad hat and yellow clothes. His moppish red hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He is baby faced.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Crown-heir but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He got into the Crown-heir business at a young age. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Halfling companion (his 'brother'). He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and expand his business

Description: With brown face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he wears a simple brown robe with green stripes complete with hood. His blonde hair is still thick. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Gerald lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Barber. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Barber and was forced into it by his family.

Description: A woman with a cold, calculating air about her, she wears a grey cloak and cross-gartered black stockings. She has moderate length chestnut hair. Her eyes are likewise green.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Dwarf in existence. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. Mardred was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Mardred decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and she has decided she is irredeemable
