History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Slave Trader arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

He was granted divine powers by his dying sister.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.
