History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Her childhood dream was to be a Merchant, but she was a colossal failure. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Scribe.

Her silver hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines amber.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Through the years after Shanairla was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Shanairla's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he has money and likes to spend it

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He became a Spice Merchant soon after.
