History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Jeweler arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Born in the south to a Layabout, Abalaba learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Layabout. She became a Layabout soon after.
