History: Paelias was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Through the years after Paelias was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Paelias's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He became a Painter soon after.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
