History: He got into the Brewer business at a young age. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Description: A middle-aged woman, she wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath her coat, and is pretty ugly. Her hair is cut close to her head. Her blue eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: She has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Merchant who has hired her part-time. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Bather. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
