Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Broce embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has achieved small success as a Fortune-teller.

Description: She is lean but muscular and wears a green shirt, with a brown mid length skirt with brown tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. Her long white hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. She has gold eyes.

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She never wears the same outfit twice, unless she absolutely has to.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She has achieved small success as a Butcher.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and she is greedy

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. She is well dressed, but even with her fine clothing she looks run-down. Her hair, while still mostly chestnut, has prominent grey streaks. Her white eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: Astaro hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her music career. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: Astaro was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He receives visions of the future at random moments

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His childhood dream was to be a Priest, but he was a colossal failure. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Cook.

Motivation: He is content.
