History: He was born in the east. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Mercenary work with an outfit from a few towns over. Mercenary work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He now owns his own business.

Description: She wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. She cuts an attractive figure and her suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. She wears a deerstalker hat to cover her moderate length black hair. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.

Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Fletcher business.

History: When she was but 6 years old her parents immigrated from the south. When Ilde reached her early adolescence her Dwarf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature halberd.

Personality: She is fixated on the number 5. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and further expansion of business
