History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Description: This man is very fat, and sports pastel clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. His long red fur is drawn into a two foot long braid. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep amber.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Cloud is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
