History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. In her 15th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She lacks restraint and is impulsive. She jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: She was born in a small desert village. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Egelina took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up sword and armor she uses now. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Suhnae. He now owns his own business.
