History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Shifting was born on a far western plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Fortune-teller.
