History: Valafar was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Ranger, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Ranger in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.

Description: This fat southern woman has a bulbous nose and wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized blue coat. Her skin is also unnaturally pale. Her moppish brown hair is in a traditional bowl cut. Her green eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Gifted from a young age, Luthra studied abroad. A gifted student she started as a Crown-heir, but she got bored and became a Blacksmith. She has worked as a Blacksmith like her father before her.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. When triggered she is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: She was born in the south. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions
