History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Through the years after Driindar was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Driindar's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

History: Helja was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered east to less war torn lands. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by giants. Helja was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the giants.
