Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. After a long history of fighting, Cagak and his spouse have recently divorced.
