Heartbroken, Valafar never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 4 years.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and obtaining odd cultural tabaxi artifacts is his passion
