Personality: He is mildly Half-Elf supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Half-Elven conditions. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. Being a Butcher kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality.

History: He got into the Map Maker business at a young age. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Map Maker. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Map Maker for hire.

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears silk and lounges about seductively. He wears a deerstalker hat to hide his balding. His yellow eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. After a long history of fighting, Emerald and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.
