History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Through the years after Neega was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Neega's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She is obsessed with her god.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Locksmith hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She bought a whip and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.
