Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Roofer responsibilities is difficult; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

History: Born in the west to a Weaver, Paela learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and she desires to right it

History: Pearl hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
