History: Gifted from a young age, Nuraval studied abroad. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Nuraval grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Nuraval. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. In her journeys she found a malevolent artifact. She wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.
