History: A powerful wizard made her what she is. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Gurdis was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Masseuse work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has never given up on his singing dream.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
