Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing writing.

History: Heian was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He worked as a nervous Roofer and found it very stressful. He has worked as a Roofer like his mother before him.
