History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Oriff was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Oriff was born on a far eastern forest where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Laborer. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and he has money and likes to spend it

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Felosial hails from a village terrorized by brigands. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and many brigands want her driven away
