History: Daar was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Aristocrat, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Aristocrat in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Her parents were killed by drow in a raid when she was still a young child. The drow captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Joan was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. After a long history of fighting, Joan and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Elves became a terror of the countryside. Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Server business.

History: Born to a Map Maker, her father struggled to pay the bills. Nalaed liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by gnolls. Nalaed was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the gnolls.

Motivation: She wants revenge against gnolls; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it
