History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Diesa was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Maegan isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: She was born in the east. She has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes.

Description: He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep tan leather and dull brown iron scale mail, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 3'6" when asserting himself. His auburn hair is smooth and relatively long. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Gerbo grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He found a children's book about a Gnome Warlock who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears a simple brown robe with grey stripes complete with hood. His gray fur is long and unkept. His copper eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: Ethereal was born the youngest of three triplets. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. She would rather hide behind her crafts than deal with other people.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Herbalist. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 9 years.

Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and she desires to right it
