History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Mayor but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She now owns her own business.

History: Born in the west to a Shepherd, Prosperine learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. While she appears to be a normal Tiefling, she's... not quite right.
