History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Personality: Halander speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

Description: She is well dressed, but even with her fine clothing she looks run-down. She cuts an attractive figure and her suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. Her white hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. Her hazel eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Herleva isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Half-Elven unity. Herleva is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Description: A middle-aged woman, she wears a brown vest and prefers red and violet shirts. Her boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down, and is pretty ugly. Her hair is long and black with streaks of brown, and is pulled back with small brown clips. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.

History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. She dropped out of school to support her sick father, and resented it. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Regain custody of her son; and she loathes her own lifestyle

History: He was raised in a island tribe. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it; and he has passion for adventuring and risk
