Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Personality: She is a very philanthropic person; she spends her free time working at various soup kitchens. She disdains her fellow northerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: When she was but 3 years old her parents immigrated from the north. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Verna has worked very hard to control her curse. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he prefers to wear white clothing when he does not wear armor. His brown hair is cut short. His eyes are likewise hazel.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Skûn grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Skûn. After months of barely getting by, Skûn managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Navigator hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: To end her boredom.
