When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

History: Virra hails from a village terrorized by goblins. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered east to less war torn lands. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Virra fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She wants revenge against goblins; and a deep hatred of goblins

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Gennal was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

To get what you want from life, you must take it. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.
