History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Jak grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Jak. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A gifted student she started as a Bather, but she got bored and became a Mortician. She struck the Mortician job and began her own company from there.

Description: She wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). She cuts an attractive figure and her suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. She wears a feathered hat to hide her balding. Her fierce hazel eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: Nyx wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Expert, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Through the years after Nyx was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Nyx's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: A middle-aged woman, she is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of her physical features obscured, and is pretty ugly. Her tied-back hair is chestnut. Her green eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. Tawna is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Tawna was born the youngest of three triplets. One day when Tawna was young, her father was sewing while trying to overcome the flu, when suddenly her father dropped to the ground dead. Her father had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Tawna was heart-stricken from the event, and her mother started working long hours to provde for them. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by dire rats. Tawna was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He now owns his own business.
