Personality: Gerald hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his dancing career. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Gerald grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Gerald. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

History: Born in the south to a Bellfounder, Oriel learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Her mother was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Bellfounder.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and she desires to right it

Description: 5'9" and muscular, this northern man wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty brown coat over it. He wears a broad hat to hide his balding. His green eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Navigator profession.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. Shane was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Shane decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 3 years.

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. She works hard and plays hard.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and wishes to resurrect an old love
