Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: He was born in a small desert village. His first spouse was a Assassin, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Assassin they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Farmer, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 99. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and obtaining odd cultural gnomish artifacts is his passion

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.

History: Gifted from a young age, Lavinia studied abroad. While she appears to be a normal Halfling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She was granted arcane powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and balancing her hectic life and new interpreter responsibilities is difficult

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac
