Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: Kite was born the youngest of three triplets. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Myev embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Orcs. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Tordrid was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She struck the Bookbinder job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Bookbinder and was forced into it by her family; and to unite with her sister

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and wishes to resurrect an old love
