Description: A 5'8" northern woman, she wears a shirt that is too small, which lets her gut show, with a ratty brown coat over it. Her hair is short and auburn. Her eyes are hazel and beady.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: She was born into a rich family. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day

Description: He is well dressed, constantly wearing a black suit, red shirt, and grey tie. He carries with him a set of bastard swords, each one with a aquamarine on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His brass crest is unkempt and raggedy. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of goblins once and for all.

History: Mugrunden hails from a village terrorized by goblins. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His auburn hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His eyes are gray and catlike.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: This woman is bedraggled and starved. She wears a green shirt, with a tan mid length skirt with tan tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. Her wide-brimmed hat is riddled with cuts and holes. Her silver eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: She is cool and collected. She likes to make quips and puns whenever she does anything. She also makes a point to compliment her superiors and flatter them. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.

History: She is a Jackalwere in disguise. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature shortspear.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and meet up once more with her childhood friend

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he typically wears grey cloth garments or leather armor. He has chestnut hair. His eyes are violet and beady.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was born in the east. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break.
