History: The child of a Sculptor, who enjoyed hunting, Merla was taken on many hunting expeditions. After coming to the age of reason, Merla took it upon herself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: Born in the east her family was never financially stable. Valanthe was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Valanthe decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
