Personality: She is happy with her job as a Spice Merchant. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Elven companion (her 'brother'). She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines violet.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Marshal profession.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the south. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Carter. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: To be a Marshal again; and balancing his hectic life and new carter responsibilities is difficult

Description: A woman with a calm yet intense air about her, she wears dull brown sweaters, loose violet pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed shield, just in case. Her silver hair is long and unkept. She has brown eyes and a brown hat with a violet feather.

Personality: She never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. She is stubborn though. She always likes to keep a trick up her sleeve. She likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if she feels she even has a chance of losing.

History: She was born in a small island village. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She now mingles about in high society.

Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.

History: Gifted from a young age, Breena studied abroad. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Breena grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Breena. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world.
